"Exhibition Vollrads" ist ein cross-mediales Ausstellungskonzept für das Weingut Schloss Vollrads im berühmten Weingebiet dem Rheingau. Neben der fast 800 Jahren Weinbaukultur, die das Anwesen so besonders macht, steht auf dem Anwesen das alte Geflügelhaus, aufgrund des Denkmalschutzes schon seit Jahren leer und ohne Nutzen.Durch den Kontakt und die Mithilfe, des Architekturburös Jürgen Fladung entstand mit "Exhibition Vollrads, the different wine experience" eine simple Exhibtion Idee, die audiovisuell alle Sinne anspricht und moderne und geschichtliche Elemente beinhaltet. In den insgesamt 8 Ausstellungsräumen kann man die Historie, des Weinguts bewundern und in die Welt, des Weingeschmacks eintauchen. Das audiovisuelle Winetasting rundet hier eine besondere Erfahrung ab, die es nur im Rahmen dieser Ausstellung im deutschsprachigen Raum in Bezug zu Wein geben wird.
